Mindfulness for Anxiety & DepressionThis 30 minute on-line mindfulness group will focus on how to work with challenging emotions and physical sensations as they arise, and how to build resilience in order to feel more control. We will practice mindfulness skills to tune in and explore the experiences which can interfere with living intentionally. This ongoing, drop-in group is open to all, 18 years and older. Alcohol Use Support GroupOur culture is steeped in the glamorization of alcohol use.
There is also a pervasive shaming related to the use of alcohol. Join me in a safe, supportive environment where we can share challenges, questions and goals related to alcohol use. You do not have to be alcohol free to join this group. This group is limited to women, including trans-women, and non binary folks. This is a 50 minute weekly, on-line, drop-in group (members must register before participating). This not a 12-step group, I am not an LADC, and this is not a substitution for substance abuse treatment or rehabilitation. |
