Spend a healing weekend in the Green Mountain National Forest!
Join me on a 3 day program that utilizes the natural environment as a therapeutic setting, allowing you to engage in outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and group challenges to facilitate personal reflection, emotional processing, and development of coping skills, all within a weekend timeframe.
We will begin with a group integration session prior to embarking on our journey. Each participant will then meet with me for an individual session to also be scheduled prior to departure. We will meet at a designated site, and hike into the Green Mountain National Forest. We will have an additional group session as a way to integrate our experiences after we arrive home.
